LOS ANGELES — A bomb threat at the University of Southern California (USC), a leading private research university located in Los Angeles, caused an evacuation from multiple buildings of the university campus on Thursday, authorities said.

ABUJA — The Nigerian government said on Thursday that over 3,000 inmates are yet to be recaptured following recent jailbreaks in the most populous African country.
