RAMALLAH — Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian young man and injured three others during a clash in the northern West Bank city of Jenin early Wednesday, the Palestinian health ministry and eyewitnesses said.

TEHRAN — Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said on Wednesday that Iran and Iraq are determined to develop all-round relations as no factor can distort their deep-rooted ties, according to the presidency’s website.
