Soybean futures close lower

DALIAN, July 20– No.1 soybean futures closed lower on Tuesday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange. The most active No.1 soybean contract for September 2021 delivery dipped 247 yuan to close at 5,698 yuan per tonne. China is the world’s largest soybean importer.

DALIAN, July 20 (Xinhua) — No.1 soybean futures closed lower on Tuesday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE).

The most active No.1 soybean contract for September 2021 delivery dipped 247 yuan (about 38.08 U.S. dollars) to close at 5,698 yuan per tonne.

On Tuesday, the total trading volume of six listed No.1 soybean futures contracts on the exchange was 316,827 lots, with a turnover of 18.18 billion yuan.
