Soybean futures close lower

DALIAN, June 6– No.1 soybean futures closed lower on Monday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange. The most active No.1 soybean contract for July 2022 delivery dipped 60 yuan to close at 6,271 yuan per tonne. China is the world’s largest soybean importer.

DALIAN, June 6 (Xinhua) — No.1 soybean futures closed lower on Monday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE).

The most active No.1 soybean contract for July 2022 delivery dipped 60 yuan (about 9.0 U.S. dollars) to close at 6,271 yuan per tonne.

On Monday, the total trading volume of six listed No.1 soybean futures contracts on the exchange was 91,841 lots, with a turnover of almost 5.75 billion yuan.
