Soybean futures close higher

DALIAN, July 20– No.1 soybean futures closed higher on Wednesday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange. The most active No.1 soybean contract for September 2022 delivery gained 11 yuan to close at 5,792 yuan per tonne. China is the world’s largest soybean importer.

DALIAN, July 20 (Xinhua) — No.1 soybean futures closed higher on Wednesday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange.

The most active No.1 soybean contract for September 2022 delivery gained 11 yuan (about 1.6 U.S. dollars) to close at 5,792 yuan per tonne.

On Wednesday, the total trading volume of five listed No.1 soybean futures contracts on the exchange was 121,095 lots, with a turnover of about 6.94 billion yuan.
