Soybean futures close higher

DALIAN, Sept. 14– No.1 soybean futures closed higher on Wednesday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange. The most active No.1 soybean contract for November 2022 delivery gained 5 yuan to close at 5,857 yuan per tonne. China is the world’s largest soybean importer.

DALIAN, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) — No.1 soybean futures closed higher on Wednesday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE).

The most active No.1 soybean contract for November 2022 delivery gained 5 yuan (about 72 U.S. cents) to close at 5,857 yuan per tonne.

On Wednesday, the total trading volume of six listed No.1 soybean futures contracts on the exchange was 144,924 lots, with a turnover of about 8.44 billion yuan.

China is the world’s largest soybean importer. Enditem
