Tourism and hospitality chain, Sunbird Hotels and Resorts, has introduced the Sunbird Mobile App which will enable its clients to access services and make reservations remotely.

Sunbird Head of Sales, Marketing and Distribution Temwa Kanjadza said, using the application, customers have seamless and quick access to Sunbird’s services, and this is aligned with digital market trends.

Kanjadza said the innovation will extend the group’s distribution platforms for the online segment and allows customers to make reservations for accommodation, dining and venues seamlessly.

“Our goal is to make access to hospitality services easy and convenient for our customers locally and internationally,” she said.

Kanjadza said the Sunbird Mobile App will also provide a platform for customers to join and renew membership for the flagship loyalty programme, Sunbird Premier Club, while providing a status of account on the earned room nights.

“Sunbird Premier Club members enjoy free accommodation nights, massive discounts on rooms and meals, gym membership, free swimming pool access and free access to local VIP airport lounges and selected international VIP lounges, among many more benefits, “ Kadzanja said.

Sunbird Hotels and Resorts has nine properties including four city hotels in the three regions of Malawi, namely Sunbird Capital, Sunbird Mount Soche, Sunbird Lilongwe and Sunbird Mzuzu.
