TNM Super league outfit Mighty Mukuru Wanderers have completed the signing of striker Robin Ngalande ahead of Saturday’s FDH Bank Cup semifinal against rivals Nyasa Big Bullets.

Ngalande has signed a year-long deal after becoming a free agent following the expiry of his two-year contract at Ethiopian Premier League side Saint George.

Wanderers Public Relations and Media Liason Officer Clement Stambuli believes that the attacker will add options to the team’s attack.

“It is true that we have signed Ngalande as a free agent from Saint George. All the necessary procedures to do with his transfer have been followed and Football Association of Malawi has given us clearance to use HIM.

“It is now up to the coaches to select him for the semifinal match against Bullets,” Stambuli said.

Since his switch from Civil Service United to Mamelodi Sundowns Youth in 2010, Ngalande has been changing clubs regularly.

The on-and-off Flames attacker returned in the country in 2017 and joined defunct Masters Security where he scored four goals before moving to South Africa to sign for Baroka FC.

Wanderers have included Ngalande in their squad to face Bullets at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe Saturday.
