PRETORIA-(MaraviPost)-The newly established Holy Nation Church’s founder and president Khumbo Joram is emphasizing the need for the churches to embrace mental health teaching on pulpits.

Pastor Joram made the call during opening of his first church service in South Africa.

This comes barely weeks after left Hastings Salanje’s church.

Pastor Joram who is also businessman in his charismatic tone said that the congregation will be adhering to the laws and policies of Republic of South Africa.

The man of God said despite his church having own policies will not fight against RSA’s laws that govern churches.

Pastor Joram further added that the congregation will always exist respecting the values of human dignity, human rights and also protecting women from abuse within the church.

Joram warned that any member involved in any sex scandal will be removed from the church that the institution will not protect such atrocities against the ethics of pastoral work.

“It’s now time to put men and boys in the programs of the church. I’m aware that the rate of suicide in South Africa is increasing especially amongst men and boys.

“This is happening because we have neglected to give men attention as a church to discuss their issues. Men are dying in silence. We haven’t allowed to give a listening ear their problems. We always do a lot of programs for women and girls but not men and boys,” says Pastor Joram.

One of the pastors who attended the service online from Pretoria wrote; “I’m very much impressed with the approach that this church has taken. A lot of churches are being run without respecting the values of human dignity.

“We have a lot of issues in the church today because many churches just start without putting their standards in order. They just look at preaching the word of God, establishing branches, getting tithe and seed while forgetting that church is also an organization. It needs policies and standards to operate.

The Holy Nation Church is expected to be officially launched soon that dates will be announced in due course.
