2/18: The Soweto Equestrian club is a school for horse riding with vaulting as one of their disciplines. The school will be sending a small group of riders to Germany later this year for the 42 year acknowledgement of Arther Mafokate who has been running this school and the first black person to partake and win vaulting completions. 7/18: South Africa – Cape Town – 6 May 2022. A candlelight vigil was held for Hillary Gardee on Friday evening. Hillary Gardee will be laid to rest tomorrow in Kwamagugu township, Mbombela, Mpumalanga. Gardee, 28, was abducted on April 29 and her lifeless body, which had a bullet wound on her upper body, was found abandoned in a field in Mbombela on Monday.
