People living on State owned farm Mesco is pleading for help after being left without toilets and clean drinking water

Cape Town, April 7 (ANA) People living on the state owned farm Mesco near Kraaifontein are complaining about the lack of toilets and clean water. According to them toilets have been removed because the contractor has not been paid.
