Cape Town, March 17 (ANA) – Mzwandile Rasmeni lost everything when his house caught fire in Siqalo Okutsha informal settlement in Khayelitsha. Rasmeni said he was visiting his brother when he received a call that his house was alight and his car was damaged. He recently lost his son and his job and now his house. Rasmeni was happy his dogs were safe.
