1/4: South Africa – Johannesburg – 19 April 2021 – Bukelwa Dyntyi a resident at Motshwaledi Informal Settlement suffers from various chronic diseases, amongst this is asthma which requires a Nebuliser to sustain her when she’s short of breath. Due to the electricity illegal connections she cannot depend on the electricity to use her Nebuliser for oxygen. Many a times she’s rushed to hospital for this.
