SOUTH AFRICA – 07042021 – Agmat Brinkhuis is one of the Philippi farmers and residents who have reported high incidences of illegal dumping in their neighborhood. They are calling for action from the City or Law Enforcement and police. They say their homes and farms have become dumping grounds for criminals and companies wanting to get rid of waste like building material or rotten foods or even animals who are still alive inside bags. The area has also become a dumping ground and location for stolen and hijacking syndicates and even murders. This is an area just outside Brinkhuis’s farm where rubbish was dumped and supposedly cleaned up by the criminal after he was caught.
