The Nigerian artist, famous for his hit songs Last Last and It’s Plenty, will perform for millions before the kick-off.

Confirming this development, Burna Boy shared the video on his Instagram page. In the video, he is heard saying:

“As a huge football fan myself, I know it doesn’t get any bigger than the UEFA Champions League! That’s why I’m so excited to be performing on the Pepsi stage at this year’s final. Music and football are the ultimate combination, so you already know I’ll be bringing the vibes and making magic in Istanbul. The world isn’t ready for what we have in store!” said Burna Boy.

In other news, the UCL quarterfinals draw was held on Friday in Nyon, Switzerland.

Real Madrid, current title holders of the prestigious cup, will be grappling against Chelsea. This is more of a revenge match of last season’s fixture, where the Los Blancos knocked the London giants out of the competition.

Real Madrid thrashed Chelsea 5-4 on aggregate in the quarterfinals stage.

Another mouth-watering fixture is between Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City against his former team, Bayern Munich.

Apart from that, the former Barcelona coach will face Joao Cancelo, who he loaned to the Bundesliga giants during the last transfer window.

Elsewhere, three Serie A clubs and Benfica will be fighting for the semi-finals ticket.

UCL quarterfinal draw:

Real Madrid (Spain) vs. Chelsea (England)

SL Benfica (Portugal) vs. Inter Milan (Italy)

Manchester City (England) vs. Bayern Munich (Germany)

AC Milan (Italy) vs. Napoli (Italy)

UCL semifinal draw:

Real Madrid/Chelsea vs. Manchester City/Bayern Munich

AC Milan/Napoli vs. SL Benfica/Inter Milan
