APA – Lagos (Nigeria) The 49th Ordinary Meeting of the ECOWAS Mediation and Security Council at the Ministerial Level will hold on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at the ECOWAS Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.

According to the statement by the ECOWAS Commission in Abuja, the meeting will discuss and consider the security and socio-political situations in the Region, among other matters.

“The Security and Mediation Council of at the Ministerial Level is made up of Ministers responsible for Foreign Affairs, Defence or Security of ECOWAS Member States,” the statement added.
